A few words from the founders

Before SummitGuides, we built and scaled a tech company to millions in revenue and later sold it to one of the largest martech companies in Italy.

As guides, we experienced firsthand that building a successful company and mountaineering have many things in common: working together toward a shared goal, adapting fast when conditions change, making quick decisions under pressure and taking the responsibility that comes along, trusting the people on your rope…

That's why we created SummitGuides Corporate: to help other entrepreneurs bring their teams to the mountains, where these lessons stop being words on a slide and become something people live together.

And it's not just about extreme mountaineering: a first glacier walk, a night in a mountain hut, a summit within everyone's reach. Experiences that challenge people, build trust and help your company grow. Something they will remember years from now.

We learned that the devil lies in the details. That's why, as a fully licensed tour operator, we take care of everything: your team just has to show up!

We are looking forward to helping your company harness the power of the mountains!

Why the mountain works better than a meeting room

Nothing here is a simulation. The day is real, and so is what the team takes back from it — this is exactly how we built our own.

01

A shared objective that is real

In the office, goals live on slides. Up here, the goal is right in front of you, and the whole team has to get there together.

02

People, not roles

On the mountain, nobody is a manager or an intern: everyone is part of the same group, facing the same path. That changes how people work together once they're back.

03

Trust becomes literal

Belaying a colleague means handing them your safety for an afternoon. We pick routes that match the group and keep wide margins — nobody needs to be a climber.

Different ways to bring your team to the mountains

A single day or a multi-day programme, with nights in a hotel or a mountain hut: every format can be shaped around your team.

Corporate retreats

Time away from the office to step back, align on what's next and reconnect, mixing mountain activities, work sessions and evenings in a hotel or a hut.
